  1. Create a parition inside a disk with GPT scheme. You can use GParted

  2. Copy the contents of the ISO file of Windows 7 DVD Installation to inside the partition created before

  3. Copy the folder \efi\microsoft\boot to \efi\, i.e. one level up

  4. Open the file \sources\install.wim with any ZIP archiver, for example WinRAR or File Roller

  5. Find and extract the file 1\Windows\Boot\EFI\bootmgfw.efi to the folder \efi\boot\ of the partition

  6. Rename the file from bootmgfw.efi to bootx64.efi.

The final file structure should be like this (the modified files are highlighted in red):
    file-structure

  7. You can now reboot and install Windows 7 in UEFI system. You can boot it from GRUB. To do that, open the GRUB console and type the next commands:

    set root=(<parition>)
    chainloader /efi/boot/bootx64.efi
    boot

If everything is correct, the Windows 7 installer should start to load.
